Sometimes, listening to an audio recording that portrays an organised representation of an environment, sounding object or event can create a better listening experience than a physical encounter. The continuing challenge (and opportunity) for me as a composer interested in sound based-composition is to use my artistic lens to find new inspiration to further explore generating these experiences through the process of organising sound.
